This is the debut EP from the symphonic rock quintet Fluorescent Phobia. The five track EP is a demonstration of the sonic landscapes they have been carefully crafting since their formation at the beginning of 2013. Released in September of 2013, the EP features lush strings and robust guitar textures that spiral along with a playful and powerful rhythm section. The vocals of Brittany Mahoney and Matthew Paradis intermingle together to build haunting melodies at the front of the 5 piece, completed by Tallon Comcowhich on bass, Brian McClung on drums, and symphonist Damon DuPont.

Track Name: Wild Mind
Wild Mind
Oh well you’ve got such big eyes
Always staring at the sky
Oh just like mine
And both our bare feet are walking on the wet grass
To play in the sun before the summer has passed
Cause we know that it wont last
And both our minds are running wild
I wanna walk beside you
Not in front and not behind you
Track Name: Beyond Your Front Door
Beyond Your Front Door
Beyond your front door, the world awaits, you in all its majesty
And it is calling you, to go outside, to play like a child
And oh I wanna take, your hand in mine, and walk with you into the night
Oh I wanna watch, the stars shine bright, leading us on our way
Cause even when we have to go, different ways, I know
We can meet down the road, at a good point for us both
So carry on into the storm, with no fear inside of you,
Cause you can change your horizon, by changing your point of view
Beyond what you see, the rest awaits, you to find it
And it is calling out, your name, to show you something new today
So won’t you listen up, and look around, before it’s gone and can’t be found
Oh won’t you listen up, and look around, before it all falls down
